What to Bring:
For the weekend plan on comfortable clothes. We will offer yoga, Pilates and a group meditation. Bring your own yoga mat if you choose to participate. so bring exercise clothes (and a yoga mat) if you wish to participate. The weather is unpredictable, so warm clothes (especially for campfire time) are also recommended.Bedding and linens are provided, but feel free to bring your own towel / washcloth and pillow.
Ear plugs (particularly if you are a light sleeper).
Flashlight! Because of registration demand, we have opened some of the cabins that ring the center building, so you may find a flashlight handy in the evenings.

Dietary concerns: The Inspiration Center is honoring your requests for gluten-free and vegetarian dishes, and will have options available for each meal. If you have more significant food issues, there will be a refrigerator and a stove if you wish to bring some of your own food.
